• No penalties for late pay; this is what user ratings are for.
• Shipping costs should be posted in advance. Please use the USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Each of these shippers has web pages to help you calculate the actual shipping costs.
• Handling charges should be kept to a minimum; remember the person buying your item does not want to pay the cost twice just in handling.
• Think about how you would like to be treated "fairly" and this site will be a success
• We reserve the right to remove old content you have posted to the site after a reasonable period of time.
• This site is protected to the fullest extent by copyright.
• You agree to use the site on an 'as is' basis. MilitarySwapmeet shall not be liable for any damages you feel were directly or indirectly caused by using the site.
• Firearms must be shipped only to an Federal Firearms License (FFL) Holder.
• Buyers must make arrangements with an FFL holder before taking delivery on firearms. They must mail a signed copy of their (or their transfer dealer's) license to the seller before the item is shipped.
• Other items such as ammunition or knives may require proof of age before they can be shipped.
